In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on mc8888. This requirement is strictly enforced. mc8888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where the player cannot demonstrate they are 21 or older.

2.2 Residency. The mc8888 platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register or use the platform if you have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. You may not register or continue to use the platform if you have previously submitted a self-exclusion request to mc8888 and that exclusion period remains active. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account on mc8888. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, bank account, or e-wallet — constitute a violation of these Terms. mc8888 may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. mc8888 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mc8888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your sole responsibility.

3.4 KYC Verification. mc8888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your KTP (national identity card), a selfie photograph holding your KTP, or recent bank statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mc8888 may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functions.

Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. mc8888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. High-value withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation before processing.

4.5 Transaction Fees. mc8888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. mc8888 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. If a deposit is credited to your mc8888 account but subsequently reversed or recalled by your bank, mc8888 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your wallet balance, including any winnings generated from that deposit. If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, your account may be suspended pending recovery of the outstanding amount.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. mc8888 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. mc8888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where money laundering concerns arise. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mc8888 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer. In all cases, the terms of an individual promotion take precedence over this general clause where they conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by mc8888. A bet is not confirmed until mc8888 systems have returned a confirmed bet reference number. mc8888 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where stake amounts exceed the applicable market limit.

6.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to corrupted data feeds, system errors, or obvious anomalies — mc8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's wallet balance.

6.3 Insufficient Balance. Bets may only be placed using funds available in your wallet balance. mc8888 does not extend credit. If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover a wager, the bet will be declined.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by designated independent draw operators. mc8888 acts as a betting platform displaying and accepting wagers on those results; mc8888 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be directed to the relevant draw operator.

6.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension is confirmed are valid. Bets placed after a market has been suspended but before the suspension is visible on the player's device due to connectivity delays may be voided at mc8888's discretion.

6.6 Void Bets. mc8888 may void any bet in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, manifest odds errors, fixture rescheduling beyond accepted parameters, or evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity in the relevant market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mc8888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet and bonus balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform without explicit written consent from mc8888.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including sharing hand information in live poker or RNG card games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across mc8888 or between mc8888 and any other operator where the primary purpose is guaranteed profit extraction rather than genuine wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured bonus structures for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided.

8.2 Limited Licence. mc8888 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal and non-commercial wagering purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining wallet balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests motivated by problem gambling concerns will be escalated to our Responsible Gaming team.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mc8888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, up to the point at which the wallet balance reaches zero. 13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and mc8888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
